Not terrible I guess. You can almost bet money that copy of Office isn't activated or cracked. Probably worth snagging and throwing in some extra RAM if you want a speed boost.

Please don't. The board very likely doesn't support the required 220w tdp

If the existing cpu is an original phenom you won't be able to put any FX cpu in there.
