Is this worth the money? dell XPS m1210

I am currently looking at a gateway XPS m1210 for 300 dollars. It runs 10 minutes and then requires a recharge so i know a new battery is needed. It has the core 2 duo processor T7600 with 4GB ram.

IS this worth putting the money into? a new battery will cost me ~50 dollars so for a total of 350, what do you guys think?
