ISO best skt 939 mobo for me

I'm in need of the most solid, problem-free mobo for my new build. Extra features, overclocking options, etc do not mean anything to me as long as the below requirements are fulfilled.

It must be skt 939 for an AMD 3200+ Venice proc, must have at least 1 PCIe X 16 slot (only 1 needed though), must have onboard video (quality doesn't matter only stability), must be compatible with at least 1 sata hd, must have decent integrated sound, must have a ddr standard of 400 (pc 3200), must have onboard lan, and must have a 24 pin power connection. All of this must be included along with 2 very important things: must be as stable and problem-free as possible and has to be under $90 from newegg.com.

Quite frankly, every single mobo that would fit the bill has many complaints about it along with the raves. Also...the MSI K8NGM2-FID mobo is off limits in terms of recommendations. (there's a good reason, humor me please :))
 
Thanks for your reply, much appreciated. The Asus board you recommended is/was actually my top choice as of now. The only downside to it IMO from all the research and reviews I have read on it is the BIOS update problem. Do you know if they have it fixed yet for all of the boards shipping out as of now?

definatly go with asus they have always good in my book. If your planing on upgrading the bios you might want to find out who has done it correctly so far and hear what they have to say. otherwise it seems to me that the bios might be fine without upgrade!!! ;)
 
I've heard that at least some copies have shipped with a beta-type engineering bios. And that some people have had hassles with updating it, some have had to return it to be flashed.
 
After several hours more researching mobos in general and also the Asus one mentioned above, I have decided on the MSI K8NGM2-L. It seems to be a very stable and problem-free board. Any known problems/annoyances with it seem to be minor and pretty much common for all mobos. A nice bonus is the price - around $20 cheaper than the Asus.

One of the places I looked up the Asus board was on the official board's forums at Asus. There seemed to be several common problems with this board, including voltage difficulties, overheating, and the bios update deal. I realize every single mobo ever made has had its share of problems from people due to the sheer number of units sold. On the other hand, the Asus VM-CSM board seems to lack the quality older Asus boards were proud of.

No doubt many people that purchase the Asus VM-CSM board have no problems whatsoever with it, but to anyone looking to purchase one in the near future - I strongly suggest you research the mobo first. Just a fyi, figured I would throw it out there. Thanks to all who have replied to this thread, any more comments/suggestions will of course be appreciated. :)
