Isp terrible!!!

Renting a house at a ski resort and the owners are using satellite for internet. It is so slow, I ran a speed and got the following: Download 0.11 Mbps; Upload 0.05 Mbps; Ping 1040 ms. I can't believe it's this slow! Any suggestions on how to make it better?

You probably won't be able to do anything. You can try rebooting the modem and router. But the owner may need to buy a new router or modem depending on what they pay for.
