ISScript.msi HELP.

Hello everyone. I'm suffering an issue with my old desktop Dell computer, which is really giving me fits. Some of my programs (particularly Photoshop, and The Printshop v22) will no longer open up for me. I am met with a notice referencing my need for an ISScript.msi (current version). I have traveled all over the internet, looking for it, but could never lock in on a download for it. I have Win10 on my desktop, and really need some help with this.
