Been using Outlook for my emails since I got my new laptop, however although making some folders to put various emails into, some will not allow it. I get a message "You dont have permission to create an entry in this folder. Right-click the folder and then click Properties to check your permissions on the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions." OK thanks for that, but I am the owner of the folder I am a private individual, do not work for a company, only user of my laptop is me. I also have two folders named GEN MISCELLANEOUS and GEN MISCELLANEOUS (2) as I cannot delete the former ? Can anyone please advise me about this cunundrum ?
