Issues with latest Catalyst drivers

Okay, i downloaded the latest catalyst software for win 7 64 bit... first time i installed it, it had a bsod on me. Redownloaded and reinstalled, now each component of the catalyst software has stopped working completely, can't even open it.

Anyone else got issues?
 
Tried 3 times to uninstall/reinstall. Cleaned everything with CCleaner - no dice. Catalyst has offically borked itself.
 
Okay, fixed. What a bloody mess. I tried downloading the Catalyst install only, that contained all other languages and what do you know, it worked. After cleaning everything out with driver cleaner and ccleaner first.

Ati's drivers are getting really, really bad. :(
