I'm not sure if this is the right place for this or not but can someone please give me a hand. I recently built a computer and when I run a program with any sort of graphics more advanced then the desktop or the internet the computer will reboot. Also in my event viewer under system I have multiple listings of these 3 errors:

1. The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0\D.

2. A parity error was detected on \Device\Ide\IdePort2.

3. The DNS proxy agent encountered an error while obtaining the local list of name-resolution servers. Some DNS or WINS servers may be inaccessible to clients on the local network. The data is the error code.

Not sure if they are related or not. Can someone tell me how to correct those 3 errors. Also my 12v rail reads 10.43 all the time. I've tried 3 power supplies with the same results. Here is a run down of my computer.

Intel Celeron D 340 2.93Ghz / 256K Cache / 533 FSB / Socket 478
Mach Speed Matrix P4M800 Via Socket 478 MicroATX Motherboard
Ultra / Intel Pentium 4 up to 3.06GHz / Ball Bearing / CPU Cooling Fan
Foltron 400w PSU
2 Ultra 80mm fans. 1 sucking air in, 1 blowing out.
160 GB HD
16x DL DVD burner
48x CD rom
ATI Radeon 9200 256
1 gb pc2100

Please help!

My guess is faulty motherboard, a swap of that could potentially solve all the problems at once :)
