I'm usually ok with sorting out any software problems but i've ran out of ideas this time - so i registered up to this to see if anybody can help.
Basically i was reformatting my dads laptop funnily enough and when i installed his itunes i noticed it was a newer versoin, so i thought i would install it on mine aswell.
It worked fine on mine untill i restarted the computer, and then it wouldn't open. I tried to uninstall itunes + quicktime and install the older version but it still wouldn't open - it would think about it, but nothing would come up.
And then my anti virus started playing up so uninstalled that and itunes worked perfectly. so installed a different anti virus, and the problem came back. so i uninstalled it and installed AVG and the same thing happened.
So i'm stuck for ideas. My dad's laptop has no problem, and he has AVG. I am assuming that its a conflict?
Any help would be appreciated. Windows media player is driving me nuts, plus and ipod i can't update
