You do know it wouldn't be in Windows right? It's usually in the BIOS.

Yes I realize this, I opened up my compy and if that PLL is there, I dont see it : /

Must be, cause I see an "HP Total Care Adviser" shortcut on the desktop.
In that case, you cannot overclock your CPU because HP (like many other companies) lock the BIOS so you don't break your computer.
