I've danger problems when Ms. Office applications start Pls. Help

Hi,
I have windows 7 Ultimate and I tried to uninstall the installed office 2010 and re-install fresh copy , then the problems started.
When any Ms. Office start , They don't start normally, but during starts, a silly screen appears for few minutes (Ms. Office configuration screen), then the application opens normally.
Pls, How can I make Office apps. opens normally without that silly waiting till that silly screen disappears after few minutes.
Note. I've tried to uninstall this copy and renstall another one a lot of times but in vain .

Suspect you might be running windows 7 64 bit. If office 32 bit then try running in compatibility mode.
 
Just curious as to the reason why you uninstalled the preloaded one? Make sure you are installing a genuine version of office.

My Windows is 32-bit,
I had office2010, So, I tried to uninstall it an install office2010 Sp1 as a promption

any more solutions please?
