I've Had my G 15 forever and have never utilised a single g key or macro...

Is there anything actually useful about them? Or did I just waste like $80 when I could have gotten a Microsoft keyboard. Anyone want to share some of the macros they have, or ideas for any? :P
 
Have you looked at the Macro program? I have some of my G keys programmed to open FF, Winamp, ext.

I think a driver or something automatically assigns those keys for profiles for some games.


I use my N52TE for gaming though, so.
 
In TF2 I've set some of mine to the voice commands like 'Thanks' and 'Cheers'.

In Firefox one of mine googles whatever is highlighted, change zoom back to default, opens a previously closed tab,opens a new tab.

In iTunes I have shuffle toggle and visualizer.
 
I used my G keys to spam like crazy on a game lol "/w Ctrl V(was the persons name) Hi, How are you doing today?" I would copy the persons name and PM spam them =]
 
I have my "M1" set to various programs / game shortcuts...

my "M2" is set to Xfire (scroll lock + (letter)) and steam shortcuts...saves time when playing games...


but apart from that I dont use them for any games as such lol
