For some reason whenever I view footage in either Realplayer or Windows Media Player and the subject is moving, the edges become jagged. Here's what I mean.

I'm assuming the codec is to blame, but I'm just using the basic Mpeg2 codec, so anyone know what codec to replace it with, that doesn't produce this effect? I may be wrong but i think it may be something to do with progressive video, but I wouldn't swear to it. Any ideas? Cheers.
