java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Help

I have XP and have had problems with the PC. On start up I keep getting a dialogue box with "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: C" on it?

No idea why and it doesnt seem to be performing poorly - anyone know how to get rid of the alert or fix it?

I did a Google search on the error and found this:

Has the error been appearing for a long time? Or it just started happening?
