How to stop the Java security pop up "Do you want to run this application"that ask you to allow opening the Applet each time you open Java.

It's a security feature that shouldn't be disabled. If I were you I'd just disable Java completely, it's so full of security holes.

But a lot of software depend on java to run. MineCraft is one of them.

People are freaking out because Java had a security issue. It isn't "full of security holes" and Oracle has been updating it pretty consistently to make sure there aren't anymore issues.

If you really want to disable those pop-ups, there should be a little check box on it saying not to display the message again.
