Java script pop under adds?

Does anyone know of a good way to stop those pop under adds without disabling java script? I tried the add blocking extension for firefox and had no luck. Do not confuse this with pop up adds created by spyware as I know my PC is not infected. These adds only appear on certian sites, like when I open a video on ebaums world. If I disable java script I cannot play video on their media player but I have to download it and use my media player. I am starting to see more and more of these when I surf the web and was just wondering if anyone has any idea on how to stop them? Popup blockers will not work.
 
Those are deeply encoded into the web pages themselves. There isn't too much you can do about those. Even when using some firewalls where IE ads are seen as IE disabled those will run right by you. When you find a good working tool let me know! :P
