Hi, first time posting here this site seems great. I'm trying to install SP4 on my Windows 2000, but keep getting an error that reads "ATAPI.sys is running or being used by another application". All i know of ATAPI is that its an IDE interface standard used for CD/DVD drives. Anyone have a clue how to get this application to stop running?
