Just bought Dell XPS 2710

Hey Guys,

Just after some general advice. Just bought a dell XPS 2710 all in one with only 4GB of RAM upgradable 16GB of DDR3 1600MHz memory. Just wondering how much it will cost it upgrade it 8GB or 16 GB?? Can i do it (just plug it in or need to take to shop)

You can do this yourself. Help us out by telling us if you have 1 or 2 sticks of memory installed. Best bet if only 1 then remove it and put in 2 matching sticks.
 
it has only 2 slots and will be laptop ddr3 of some sort...requires a little bit of disassembly of the back panel but it looks like a fairly straight forward job, its in the user manual. By what i can find online its 2x2Gb standard, so both dimms need to be replaced.
