Hi alll,

i just picked up this used controller at a second hand store so its easier than using the keybord for racing games.

Its a Saitek P120

it works but the buttons are so damn hard to press that it hurts my fingers lol.

what can i do to loosen the buttons?...well the buttons are quite loose its just you have to press them realy hard.

You would have to open it up to replace the original with substitutes and probably ruin it in the process. That's the way the momentary contacts are made. The better option is to look at other controllers available for pc.

yeah il probably just replace it then, afterall it wa only £1:50 so im not bothred :)

thanks for replying ;)

There's really much you can do except chop it up and wire in some other type of button like those those small plastic tipped momentary types found in electronics supply stores. It does stink when you have to fight with the low quality ones too commonly seen. This is why I get rather stiff necked on the keyboard/mouse alone I use here. Have a look at the MS Trackball Explorer to see how that differs from the typical corded or cordless model to see for yourself. http://www.techspot.com/reviews/hardware/trackball_explorer/ Unfortunately MS no longer makes those due to complaints on their ergonamics or whatever?
