Just put together new PC, but no display/signal?

Just put together my new pc today, using the sapphire 7850 gpu, however have been unable to get a display on any tv/monitor vga and hdmi.

Everything inside the pc seems to be running fine, was wondering if anyone could help?

Do you have the 6 pin pci express power connections attached to the video card?
