I reckon a GTX 560 Ti with the CPU you're using would probably be fine. You may get some bottlenecking, but probably not enough to make you notice the bottlenecking. If you're really concerned about bottlenecking then go for the GTX 560 ('plain' GTX 560, not the Ti) or a Radeon 6870. Of these two I'd go for the 6870 as it's the better performer. The 6870 is going to be cheaper than a GTX 560 Ti as well.
