When I tried running a search at http://realgm.com/ the popup blocker setting in IE prevented it from running a search in a different window. When disabling the popup blocker enabled/disabled in the IExplorer settings for the four catagories the window immediately opened for links on one team. That is with a toolbar popup blocker still on. There's your problem.
Lose Kaspersky and run something like AVG instead. Have you tried the disabling of the IE popup blocker? Some antivirus programs like to change a few settings or simply add a blocker as part of their default features. That is another item to look over to see what options are included when configuring it to your needs.

i turned off kapersky completely and it still does that
i scanned for viruses....nothing
i allowed pop-ups and it still wouldnt load
it just shows "transferring data from realgm.com" and it doenst load
Your active X and Java settings can often play a role if they were altered by the Kapersky program installation. The total removal and use of an alternate antivirus utility like AVG would most likely correct this if the other program has no configuration settings option to allow searches at that site.
