Keep booting continuosly

Hi all I have recently downloaded a file called dwyanes generator for ms points. I opened the exe file and then my computer turned off and came back to the screen where it says sorry for the inconvenience but recenly your computer has encountered hardware change or blah blah blah. It gives me the option to last known good configaration but the thing is that my arrow keys and enter don't work on that scren. Pls need help badly. I am a bit of a noob .

You most likely are downloading illegally and that download contained viruses/malware. Is your keyboard usb or ps/2 type?
 
You shouldn't download illegally first of all and second it's most likely to be a virus which changed your computer settings. You mean your keys are not working on your keyboard or because of the problem you have right now they dont work?
 
Can you get into the bios? Look for a setting that says legacy usb or usb keyboard and enable it to allow usb keyboard to work properly. You may have to get a ps/2 type keyboard to get into the bios.
 
I would also try to run your computer in safe mode and scan for malware/viruses and see if you did get anything from using a key-gen.
