Keep Getting Logged Out of Facebook

I know a lot of you don't use Facebook, but I have an issue that's driving me insane. I keep getting logged out of Facebook every 30 seconds or so. Once I log back in, I am prompted with this message every time:

"It looks like a spammy link posted into your address bar caused unintentional activity on your Facebook account. Don’t worry, your account is safe and we ended the activity."

So I decided to change my password, but it keeps happening. My phone is the same way. It simply gives me an error when I try to log in through my phone.

Anyone know what the issue could be?
 
I would contact facebook about that. I use it and know there have been many accounts that have been hacked, including mine. When you use facebook do you use https? It's in the security settings for facebook.
 
Go through your apps and remove anything that could be causing it. You likely clicked a link someone posted or something similar that gave an application permission to post from your account. Why they allow that I have no idea.
