My computer had been rebootnig non-stop since yesterday, after i had kicked on the power plug and cause computer to restart. It keep restarts at the windows loading page. I'm not able to enter save mode of any other mode, it will just restart at that page. Is it a hardware crash? Since i had not installed any new software nor updates recently.

is "save mode" the same as "safe mode?"

if so then either the ram is bad (use memtest to find out or just boot your pc with 1 ram at a time) or you'll need to do a repair using your recovery partition (if you have one) or your OS disk..

hmmm, sorry for the typo is safe instead of save. i had found out that the problem is actually lied on the hard disk. As i had transplant it into my the other desktop then the situation occurred. Now i'm trying to connection the computer with problem to the fine one and see if can solve from there. Thanks for your help.:)

If you moved the harddrive with a OS from a different computer with all different hardware chances are its not going to boot without atleast doing a repair install.
