Has anyone found a way to cool their 360 w/o opening it up? Havent had any issues with freezing or anything... Ive heard people saying to put it on a block, what are they talking about?

Ive heard people say they have 2 die on them or more... crazyness

Mine died recently but not due to heat it was hardware.. You can get an innercooler but it doesnt realy make to much of a difference you take a risk daily but if it dies call the 800 number and in about a week or so you will get a new 360... I had this happen to me and it wasnt a problem...

really I heard it takes months! A microsoft warrenty?
Hey codeman... Can I buy a european plug and just swap that for my US plug.. or will it not work in germany

Not sure i'm guessing no becuase they have different voltages i would reccomend you spend the money on the right kind for overseas...

Ive heard that block that plops on the back often does more harm than good.
I think the best thing you can do for it is have plenty of space on all sides (except bottom of course) of the console.

from what I've noticed so far, my xbox prefers laying flat on a surface rather than standing. (probably because there are a lot of holes in the bottom when its standing, tht are beeing covered or so) and if you, well, have space around it at least 10cm, you'll be jsut fine, and I dont think you have to worry about overheating problems then.

and yes, I wouldnt go for one of those 'extra' coolers. I mean, you basicly put a fan on top of a fan then.. wich is, at least to my knowledge, not really usefull :)
