is there a program or a setting that i can change so that when i want to switch to another window mygames dont minimize automatically i have dual monitors and i liek being able to read or submit to clan forums while in game

For this issue some games can run in Windowed mode, but that is about it I believe. Someone can confirm?

Try type /bind 6 "toggler_fullscreen 01;vid_restart" then enter.
You have to open the console at the start of the game be typing the above.If i dont work for you type in unbind 6.
