Keeps timing out

There's a website that I can't get to open. I have scores of bookmarks and that is the only one. I have a friend who tried it on his computer and it worked for him. The website is ; www.flyvifc.net. After a lengthy wait ,I get a time out message.
I have Windows 10 , 64 bit, Firefox .
 
Website opens for me almost instantly. Could be the hosts file is blocking that site for some stupid reason.

Yeah I was hoping we could get him to test against both to see if it was a name resolution or routing issue. Seems fine on my end as well.
 
Just to throw it in, it's working for me. Google Chrome by the way.

It could be an issue with your hosts file I guess. It probably won't change anything but have you tried a different browser just to check that it's not a browser setting?
 
I tried Google Chrome and it didn't work either. Monday I will contact my provider Time Warner Cable, maybe they will be of some help. That's the only bookmark that doesn't work and I have several. That's
a new website and am wondering if that has something to do with it.
