Kernel Stack Inpage Error

I got a BSOD with this.

I've actually gotten a few different BSOD's: Kernel Stack inpage Error, c000021a unknown Hard error, and Session3_initialization_failed.

I looked up about the Kernel Stack Inpage error and it said that maybe I should disable system caching. What does that do?

I actually have no idea what to do. Also, My diskcheck thing (in the my computer menu, there's the defrag and the diskcheck) won't go all the way. I try doing diskcheck and it tells me it can't finish it, and if I do the diskcheck that requires me to reboot, it just freezes up and doesn't finish.
