key borads

I don't know if the keyboard matters so much as the mouse. If you are playing in a dark room the entire time, then you might want to look at the Eclipse.
 
Basically a Saitek keyboard if your a night time, or dark room gamer. Combo that with just about any recently released Logitech mouse and your set.

(PS - Just how Johnnyboy has in his signature... well done Johnny boy.)
 
I have the Logitech Elite Black keyboard, and it doesnt light up like the eclipse, but it has alot of multimedia buttons on it, and i find it really easy to play games on. I also have the MX510 Blue mouse, both work perfectly.
 
I have a 3 year old, made in China, $5 Keyboard. It is the best keyboard I have ever owned. If you have any computer trade shows near you, go to them, you can find great deals.
 
fatality, wanna help out us here? You gonna be working/gaming in the dark? You gotta respond to your own question man, we can only help you so far with no info.

the eclipse is good for dark room/night, however it has 2 brightness settings and an "off" for the lit up keys making it usefull in any situation. great keyboard all the way around.
