keybaod sooooooo messed up

Evey key on my boad pefoms a diffent action. I get this when I hit space : q 4q 4q 4q 4

Googling this poblem is a headache, since I can't type!!


I tied changinq language, didn't help. What can I tie next?

sounds like the membrane must be shorted/damaged. Does it doe this in safe mode? thats using default drivers.

This almost sounds like a joke but I'll throw a guess anyway.

Have you tried a different keyboard?

I plugged the keyboard in my laptop and got the same problem.


Does that rule out the drivers??

Keyboard's contacts under the keys are messed up possibly or some other issue with the actual keyboard itself. It wouldn't be software if it's on both computers.

Yeah I think Raymar nailed it first, good guess guys. My keyboard is back to normal.


I had spilled a drop of water on it a few hours earlier. I didn't think anything of it, because i've spilled many pitchers of beer on it in the past, with no negative effect. So what's a drop of water, right?

I think it dried up, and now my board works again. Wow was that annoying, I seriously went crazy-german-youtube-kid on this board.
