Keyboard fails the laptop

Hi.

Has anyone got an idea what can cause the following failure.
After switchinf the laptop on and getting to windows it is possible to use the touchpad, but as soon as I click on any buttons on the keyboard, both keyboard and trackpad fails to work. If I plug in another USB mouse or keyboard, I can use them, but not the built-in ones.

It's propably a hardware problem,so you should contact the store you bought the laptop from.If it's still warranty-valid they will fix it(or at least try).
