I have a Dell Inspiron 9200 laptop and for the past few days there have been instances where the "U" key on my keyboard will stick, (all of a sudden I get "uuuuuu" on whatever screen my cursor is on). And then if it's not sticking, it's not working at all (just the "U" key). So I restart my computer and get those annoying BIOS beeps. I don't know what it means because it is a continuous string of beeping. The most accurate I can get on the # of beeps is that there about 15-20 beeps then a pause and 2 short beeps then another pause and a series of about 10 more beeps. I had this *exact* same problem a year ago and was able to fix it by removing the battery and letting it sit for awhile before turning it back on. This solution is only seeming to work for a little while now though. I was told that it may have something to do with my CPU. Is this true and what can I do to fix it? Thanks in advance...
Update: I've noticed that when my "U" key starts sticking I can open the Windows Task Manager and close a few programs and it will stop sticking for a *little* while, although the key won't work at all still. I'm really thinking this must have something to do with the memory on my computer but at the same time I don't see how it can be that because I have plenty of memory and have even cleaned up my computer alot long before I even had this problem...
