Keyboard multimedia buttons not working

the keyboard i have is

and i got it from a friend and a month ago or so the
multimedia button functions ( play, pause, etc..) buttons stopped
working while the program was minimized
so i cant be playing a game and listening to my itunes music at
the same time and change song or pause

Sounds like a driver issue. Have you tried reloading the software?

i dont have the cd, i'd have to get it from my friend, unless there is a website i can download it from

Creative probably has the drivers somewhere on their site
