Keyboard Problems or Computer problem??

Whenever I play flash games for some reason the keys get 'stuck'

For example, lets say a game uses wasd to move the character (arrow keys work too doesn't matter), if I want to move, lets say, left then I press 'a' or left arrow key. But sometimes the character I am controlling continues to walk left and wont stop even if I let go of the key.

But when I type it is perfectly fine, like right now. Theres no problem in typing. Its always flash games where the key seems to continue to press itself even when I let go.

Sometimes this stops itself after a while. At others (taking my first example) if I press left it continues going left even if I press any other keys. Sometimes spamming left a few times would stop this affect but at other times it wouldn't. I really have no clue what is wrong.

I'm not even sure if its the keyboard's problem since I replaced it twice already and the same thing still happens.

Everygame that involves using keys to move characters

Or like games where you have a bar and you hold space bar to fill it and then you let go at a certain point. There will always be a delay or the bar continues to fill (or unfill) on its own until the affect of my stupid keyboard disappears.
 
I'm not really sure but my guesses are either you have a problem with your keyboard or you have a problem with your OS. Because you say it gives you only problems when you play games but not when you type.
