Keyboard problems

I have some question with my keyboard.
When I press the "Window" key (beside the ctrl) at the left side of keyboard, it shutdown directly. The right one "windows" key, it's normal as well.
The second problem is pressing "ctrl" will mute/unmute.
I didn't create any shortcut key or hot key before and not the virus.
Last, the key of " and @ changed to @ and ". When I press @, it display as ", and press " will show as @.
Does anyone have any solution? Thx!

what sort of keyboard is it???
