keyboard remap program

Hey guys

anyone know a keyboard remap program (free, No trial) that do not restart your computer ?

I need to change some keys, but i want it as long as the program is running it changes the keys, and when i quit it, everything goes back.

most programs i know change registery and wants to restart the computer.

Tried drivers??? and i don't think you can, why do you want to this anyway???
