Keybord Malfunction: A little Help Please

The keyboard portion of my friend's lap top is not working correctly. Most of the keys work fine but the 1 q a z and capslock keys stopped working so I advised her to pry up the keys and clean them so she did and at first it made her print multiple characters (example: qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq) but then it went back to normal for a few minutes. Now it has stopped working once again. Any suggestions?

1. I hope she spilled something on her KB, use a hair dryer to clean it.

2. Use vaccum cleaner thereafter.

3. If possible tak out the KB and clean it with ur hands, gently
