HAHAH! Thanks for posting that!

My question is
If someone brings a Mexican keyboard to the states, do they have to press Shift+4 several times in order to compensate for the exchange rate? Do we have to press Shift+4 more times in Canada?

Also if I press shift+4 on a TRS80 does a cent sign pop up?

Worth pondering..possibly

my god. Firstly, pounds are only used in one country, thats england. The other country's use all sorts of different currencies (just look at the exchange rates in a newpaper to see the main ones).
Secondly, it really depends on what type of keyboard. I've seen QWERTZ keyboards, QWERTY keyboards, AZERTY keyboards and even ABCDEF keyboards! In switzerland, mainly QWERTZ keyboards are used.

No, its not the keybord that matters, but the languag ef your PC. for example, this Keyboar dis an English one. its written in enlgish, have no acents, etc. but i changed the PC's languageinto french, and now i do ge the àcênts.

and for shift + 4, i get $ sign too (in french and English)
