Kingston HyperX or Crucial Ballistix ?

im thinking which 1 to get for a Kingston HyperX or Crucial Ballistix

PC6400

overclock E6750 and the up comnig E8400 or Q9450 .

Ignore the price . compare the performance .

Don't rule out Kingston Hyper X memory or Corsair's xms series either especially since Corsair xms is gaming memory. One thing to note however is that ocing memory may end up seeing a higher Cas latency as the result. For stock look at the timings of each since all three are good brands.
