KVM Switch Question (Audio?)

I have an Xbox 360 and my PC. I want to be able to connect to my 1 computer monitor with it. I know i obviously need the VGA Cable for the Xbox 360 and a KVM switch. But I'm confused about the audio part of it.

here is the KVM switch i plan on getting:

can someone help me here? Cause the the wire that goes into my PC, on the opposite end it has the rca inputs. im just confused how i would plug into KVM switch..

By the looks of it you need the speakers to go into the switch using a 1.5mm audio jack. If you're speakers have RCA, you need to get a converter. Then go out of the switch into the PCs.

neither of those are RCA input?

It has the green for speaker input it looks like those speakers have one plug that goes into the computer in which could go into the green port.

I think I'm gonna need this cable for my Xbox 360, this one has a 3.5mm end rather than the RCA ends. Is this good, or does this seem home-made and cheap?

The one DCIScouts posted might be best for you.
The ones I suggested may work but you need to buy all sorts of adapters for sound.
