L.A. Noire lags

Hey guys, so I've been playing LA Noire lately, awesome game by the way but it lags a lot.

Here is my spec:
Win7 64 SP1
Intel Core I3-2100 CPU @ 3.10 GHz
6 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 405


And here is the system requirement:
Operating System: Windows 7 / Windows Vista Service Pack 1 / Windows XP Service Pack 3 / OnLive for PC or Mac;
Processor: Intel Dual Core 2.2GHz to Quad Core 3.2GHz / AMD Dual Core 2.4Ghz to Quad Core 3.2Ghz;
RAM: 2GB to 8GB;
Hard drive space: 16GB;
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 512MB to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB / Radeon HD 3000 512MB to Radeon HD 6850 1024MB;
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 9 Compatible;
DVD Drive.

Do you guys have any idea where the problem is? I did the tweak they suggested when you look on google but nothing changed. Also if I put it in Black and White, it works fine, but with color it lags too much...
 
I've never played the game, but is Black & White a joke?

Or is that some video setting, that increases performance?

I can kinda see how L.A Noire & B&W are linked, with them both having a history kind of feel to them :P

No you can choose either color or B&W in settings. it really is playable in B&W :)
