My pc is lagging out like crazy, I've restarted it, checked my CPU (it was fine) and everything, but it still lags. Any solutions?
 
What does 'checked my CPU' actually mean?

Specs? Malware scan? Any recent installations? Memtest86?
 
What are your currrent specs of the computer? What are you considering lagging? Without knowing your specs and what operating system you are running its hard to tell you where to look. If you are still running an old mechanical hard drive, thats probably your issue. It would be time for an SSD. Also would be good to have at least a quad core cpu with 8gb of ram.
 
Addressing the other questions might be advantageous.

At least you looked at the utilization percentage, if it's not 80-100% then start troubleshooting other items.
 
You know it would really help to know the answer to the questions we've asked you instead of you giving these short answers. This has been going on for almost a week now. If we would have gotten the answers to the questions we've asked you might have gotten your fix by now. Just a suggestion though.

Beers asked like 5 questions, I asked 2 more and you really haven't gave us an answer to any of them.
