Lame ass problem!!!

Hey all.
I downloaded fifa online 2, and when the download finished comp froze so had to restart via button then it said that there was something wrong while saveing the file and now i cant remove the installer and everytime i try to my comp freezes and i have to restart via button.
I can end now but then taskbar + backround icons go away...
Also, there is a wierd thing in the windows task managers process, some MsMpEng.exe user is SYSTEM.

That process is related to windows defender, Boot to safe mode and uninstall the program, then try booting back into regular mode.

allright, mabey i should try to remove the file aswell?
also, how can i boot to safe mode, cuz combofic installed some text screen or whatever thing and it only shows very quick in the start when i put my comp on.
