Ill be getting a quite expensive laptop pretty soon.
I got a backpack, for transferring.

But what other things are good? What do I need to hook my 360 to the screen and play it on the screen?

Thanks

Get some Blank CD's. If it doesnt have a lot of USB ports and you use USB ports buy an USB expansion. Also, if you do digital photography and your computer doesnt come with an SD reader or the like, buy a reader, theyre much faster and easier than hooking the camera up. Buy an extra battery also. What about a wireless mouse? I wouldnt use one, but you may like it. Or maybe a fingerprint reader for storing passwords?

What laptop did you decide to get? Now the Turion I hope :P

You cant have your 360 displayed on the laptop display using any type of cables, you would need to have a TV tuner or a capture card, but those usually dont offer high resolutions, usually around 640x480 max.

I would invest in a good mouse for gaming and/or for desk use, and I may get an external hard drive.

External HDD, I may use an enclosure with my 500gb.
Mouse, Ill be gaming on this laptop, so I can use my Mx518.

Ummm.... What else?

Thanks

Mmmm....

I dont want 'to' much to maintain.

I in a city, at public venues.

With an expensive laptop. Though Ive been in these situations before, Ive done fine.
I just dont want to much bulk. You know? Like the laptop, a bag, and small accessories.

hm mouse, mouse pad, if it wasnt to bulky a fold up nicer keyboard, lappys dont always have good ones. i you were insane you could go out an buy an external graphcs card for alot and lot of money :)

The problem with an external enclosure is that they are big, some are noisy, and they require external power.

I bought a 160GB WD Passport, which is a thin 2.5" hard drive. It uses USB, is virtually silent, and best of all, doesnt need any sort of external power. It just uses power from the USB cable.
