Laptop advice...

Hello,

Need some advice on a laptop. Looking for thin laptop with a budget of around 1000 or less. Are refurbished laptops been known to cause problems or be okay? Just let me know what you guys suggest.

Check out the Dell and HP notebooks. Refurbished notebooks are alright as long as they give you at least a one year warranty or the option to purchase a warranty.
 
for that kind of money you eill be able to get an alright new one anyway so i wouldnt worry. dont put it past the 12" ibooks from mac. they may be mac but they are pretty good. pity about the os though...
