Hello guys,

I am really2 blank about current technology.
Is there a way that I can make my laptop as the monitor for my PlayStation2?

Thank you very much.

Technically yes but for most 'books, its nto a very feasible option (requiring essentially a video-in source)

yeah actually. A USB TV tuner/video capture device would work.

This is assuming your laptop does not already have a video in jack. But that's unlikely though some were made with them.

This is very good ..
In case I have a general type of laptop (with no TV in), buying a TV tuner will solve the problem?
So then I can watch TV from my laptop and also plays PS2 from my laptop.
Is it true?

Thanks

Yes it is. It uses your USB port. Unless your laptop is like 11 years old it definitely has one of those! :)

The device i showed you uses USB2.0. If you don't have 2.0 on your laptop i'm not sure how well it will work. It will more then likey work but not sure how good of a picture you'll get. There are others though that use 1.1 if you aren't equipt.

Yes, my laptop is using USB2.0.
I won't have any problems with my intel64MB integrated graphic cards, isn't it?

Thank you very much for your help.

These are the requirements for the one i linked to:

Windows XP/2000 One available USB port (suggest USB2.0)
Pentium4 1.5G or above CPU
256MB RAM CD-ROM Drive
CD & DVD Burner for burning request
16MB VGA card with 800x600 16bits resolution ( DirectX 9 supported) AC'97 compatible sound card for audio play

Your Video should be fine but check to make sure your CPU measures up.
