Is it possible to build a laptop? It would be an interesting project.
*Extremely* difficult/time consuming/expensive. Finding components with the correct port configuration to line up with the casing also needs to be carefully monitored, unless you buy them both together, in which case...why not just by a complete system.
So, for a person who doesn't have an income, has no patients and has very little time, its probably not the best idea. Thanks
Again please post a reply if you think it is possible to do so thanks

In a nutshell,,,Yes,
You can go around town and find you a shop that recycles old computers.Find one with a bad mother board and make a offer on it.You can find just about anything on EBAY for a laptop if your willing to wait.
Ive working on rebuilding 4 laptops right now.As soon as I get everything I need together,,Ill have them up and running for probably under $150 my cost.
some of the best deals out there is to find a old laptop where the power cord in the back gets loose and the power jack wont stay in place anymore.
You can buy a power jack for under $5 bucks and solder it yourself. Its a very labor intensive process that most people could do for themselves if they had the ability,,but retail shops generally charge more for repairing them than they are worth.
