laptop cooler

i wanna get a laptop cooler for compaq evo n610c because its getting too hot! i already have a TARGUS NOTEBOOK COOLER but its useless, it dosent do much. i need something that really works. something that can cool my laptop really good. i need something thats not over $20 including shipping.
any suggestions?
 
if it has got fans on the bottom, then it may not be getting enough airflow, so maybe prop it up on something to allow more airflow. btw how hot is it, i mwan laptops are meant to get hot
 
i got this program from the wb that tells me the temp of my computer and it everytime i have the laptop running for than a hour it goes ove 50 celcius.it show little flame pics on the side of the temp.
 
i see, where are your fans located? and you indicated that you already have some sort of cooler which doesnt work. for 20 bucks i doubt you will be able to get a cooler more efficient than the one you already have. i cannot think what else to suggest
