Laptop Fans Stopped Working

For the first time today, my laptop shut down because it overheated. I checked my fans and it seems all of the fans in my computer have stopped spinning. This includes the gpu fan, case fan, etc. Speedtest confirmed that they are all spinning at 0 RPM. I tried to use speedtest to manually control my fans, but I've had no success because there is no option for PWM under the advanced tab. I havent installed or downloaded any new software updates for the past week.

What do you guys think could be the cause of my problem? What do you think can resolve the issue?

Yes new lap top fan for sure!! this happened to my vaio so I ripped it apart and got a new fan and while I was at it I also got some more ram :)

Your laptop power supply could be failing!
